      Like every other consulting company you may need to transform your role/skillset/experience depending on the project they pitch for. Which can be frustrating and borderline unethical.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Cons

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
