Pros

Sign on bonus of 1.5Lakhs to 3 lakhs was a good thing Work Life Balance in some projects

Cons

1 . Very aggressive on calling back to office. Were ready to provide WFH when I gave my resignation. 2. No referrals in Capgemini Invent RPA COE. They expect you to refer candidates for free. 3. Asked me to take free interviews every few weeks, all other companies pay their employees for taking interviews. 4. Was deployed at client side yet had to participate in Company activities. 5. No growth or learning opportunities. 6. No frequent 1to1 with Managers. 7. Client side had been working on old methods and technologies, cannot change client before 18months. 8. No certification opportunities 9. Minimal Hike. 10. No appraisals.

Pros

Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Cons

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
