Pros
Fraternal atmosphere and supportive team. Some interesting projects available with opportunities to travel. Deep subject matter expertise in many fields with some very intelligent and talented people at the company.
Cons
Very top down and intentionally obtuse r.e pay and promotions which frustrates employees to no end and drives a lot of the churn from the company. Overall underpayment compared to the market especially at lower grades. Lack of strategy at times r.e. GTM with most sales made through discounting rather than defined offers.
