      good in achieving the projects goals and timeline. Friendly environment to work. Managers are also good to improve your carrier path and skill.

      Cons

      IF ther is no project for your technology then you have to wait for long time on bench. which is very harmful for carrier path.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
