      Pros

      Great people and a huge amount of diversity. Working in Digital, their accelerated solutions environment and great people all add to a fantastic working environment. Freedom and Trust are embedded company values and these values mean you have much opportunity to take ideas and fresh thinking and make your ideas come to life.

      Cons

      It is a great shame to have seen high attrition from ex-Gemini employees. These employees offered a way of working and thinking that added huge value to personal development and project success. Also the strategy arm (formally SRG) has now fizzled away which again is a great value loss to delivery, but also a skill set that is now far and between.

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Cons

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
