      Free coffee Consistent Yearly bonuses (for the "chosen" ones)

      Cons

      Poor quality trainings Staff not caring on diversity Jobs given based on personal opinion Unfair recruitment You are asked to do more than you are told Salary raises are a joke! (=10 EUR per year or maybe 20) There are opportunities to grow if you work hard enough but the salary doesn't get raised with that too much (maybe 30 to 50 EUR) They do not care about quality Top Management does not speak English always although that is the official language within the company The general feeling is: if customer isn't happy then they can leave and we'll get another one to take it's place

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
