      Great people - intelligent, fun, engaging and driven Flat Structure - direct engagement with senior executives, VPs, Directors for not only deliver/ BD but for career coaching and general guidance Shape Career - Opportunity to create and leverage opportunities to shape you career path, lots of training opportunities, great coaches, effective performance management framework Project Diversity - large number and range of project to deliver challenge and diversity to consultants

      Cons

      Like any consulting company - balancing deliver, business development and internal contribution as part of your core role. This can be challenging when you're at a client site 24/7

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
