      Wide range of projects, amiable work culture within the organization (however most projects are embedded with clients).

      Cons

      Company will place consultants anywhere they can, its necessary to be highly proactive in seeking out the projects you want to be involved in so as not to be put on a project that doesn't fit.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
