Pros
Good experience and exposure if you want to work in telecommunication.
Cons
Used to work in products group which has insane working hours. Product managers don't think about the efforts while committing deliveries to customers. As a result, the products that are developed are very inferior quality and the engineers keep supporting the customers and fixing bugs all their life!! Pathetic work life balance.
