      Pros

      A great lineage, had the brand. Policies are good, need better implementation.

      Cons

      Attrition is high, lots of capable people have left, people who are left seem to be working out of closed coteries. Middle management has become abrasive for some reason.

      Pros

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
