      1. Salary structure still a concern but not on a big scale. 2. Policies and the changes to it on ad-hoc manner (w.r.t Employees) sometimes puts you down.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
