      Work Culture is very good. Flexible working time and systematic approach to any task is very comforting. They value your potential and not consider you as bonded labor. Also there is always an opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are not that great.So you can learn from here and apply somewhere else ;)

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
