      Flexible work timings vast clients in telecom over the world. good trainings for freshers.

      Cons

      No technical growth for the exp person. Disgusting politics by impotent managers. Low onsite salary with agreement signed. Boring work environment with no motivational activities.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
