      1. Good Work Life Balance (Hybrid, Work Hours in Office, etc.) 2. Supportive & Approachable Senior Management (TL/Manager/Director). 3. Good Mandatory training sessions to upskill with respect to current trends (Agentic AI/Gen AI, Leadership Program etc.).

      Cons

      1. A few are short duration projects, where scope of learning is limited to selected areas not in depth. 2. If not on billing, we may need to change business unit (domain).

      Pros

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
