      You are lucky if you get a good team, which is rare

      Cons

      Very bad higher management. No concerns shown to employee feedback related to working from client office. Very bad appraisal cycle. You will never be given what is due to you.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
