Competent Camundi (even C-level) have been let go in H1 with muddy reasons. Ohers have left of their own choice (from what I'm hearing many are wondering if it's really worth staying). Churn is very high, it doesn't help.
Top-down lack of experience and judgement shows everyday. F.ex. Camino promoted to SLT but removed from the org less than 6 month later.
For a company aiming to be pragmatic and numbers driven, we're now driven by fear and politics with no credible exit.
Oh... and People Team stop gaming the system by asking your brownies to post nice reviews, fix moral, trust, equity... instead.
