- We want to be a category leader, but we are a bit slow in realizing this goal. We have product delays which impede this from a customer perspective and alignment/execution delays which impede us from an internal perspective.
- I think that part of making a remote culture really work are making sure that there are in person events that build alignment and trust. I understand cancelling the retreat but think we should continue with the regional social gatherings and invest in smaller, local events.
- The equity is quite small and does not motivate me.
