Pros
- Loved how the teams were structured to around 4-5 people but still a part of a large global network - Great exposure to various sectors - Provides stability when economies are tough —allows you to work on different sectors if 1 is doing poorly - Many great global perks in company events/extracurricular - Great exposure to understanding marketing strategies for project bids and presentations
Cons
- A lot of overtime is to be expected if working on a team working on non domestic US projects - Many international projects are bids — this equals to much overtime and many projects not being brought into fruition - Too many people in higher management positions — there should be more people who are able to do production work and less management in the teams
