Pros
Bytedance is good company with good benefits. I like HR and management team who are very supportive and friendly. Their salary offered bonus is quite competitive compared to others, fast-spaced and international working environment
Cons
You can’t change department internally except that you quit job then apply which is sad. I hope they would adjust in near future
