'yes boss' culture. managers on retirement with salary - R&D Engineer IC Design Broadcom Employee Review

managers are already on retirement, but with salary. ie they are not interested in working at all, at least in WCC vlsi. senior folks do not behave professionally, but with full of favouritism and ego. promotions/benefits are given to only 'yes boss' people. due to all these reasons, the working class completely lack motivation to work.
