      Good managers, good product, good people, very good benefits

      Cons

      Like most US companies very happy to just dump people (the whole lot of us mobile phone folk) at a whim and without a by your leave

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
