RSU's at higher level will gives you good feel,but it is just carrots...
Cons
you get laid off if your relation with manager is not good.. or product is not working due to bad strategies of company itself. if you want peace of mind, dont look for this company. ANother, even when world is working from home, CEO wants employees should come in office and take risk to get infected!
