      There is a very good Work Life balance in broadcom. You learn a lot from past experiences.

      Comps, no matter how much you work and contribute, your comps stays the same at best

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
