      Pros

      Very good technical company I learned a lot from the senior technical leading engineers. My work relates both hardware and software. I am learning new skills everyday. Right place for ECE graduates

      Cafeteria service can be improved (I personally want more asian food)

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
