      Pros

      Engineers are really good. You will get to work with the best minds in the industry and get to work on innovative products.

      Cons

      Executives are too busy trying to cater to share holders and don't care too much for engineers. In the past engineers were given preference but now it's more in line with a "Big Company" dynamic.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
