      Pros

      Probably the best large semiconductor company culture. Very "can-do", focused on results, light on bureaucracy for its size.

      Cons

      It gets worse every year: with growth it becomes more political, more bureaucratic, less the exceptional company it used to be.

      Pros

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
