      Good pay still - Arago acquisition has not reduced the benefits.

      Cons

      No more market leading research; overblown management and marketing teams with little work and large paychecks; organization inefficient as a result of management big size and geographical spread.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
