Technical excellence, execution oriented, access to tools and technologies. Talented people all over. Very good compensation and benefit plans.
Cons
No budget for anything but work. Quite a lot of bureaucracy. Under new leadership, everything is going to be work harder or else, and make do with fewer resources.
