You don’t have to work. Will take them years to realize you aren’t doing anything based on new management direction to not travel or create expenses.
Cons
European leadership has put emphasis on specialties products with no guidance or action plans behind it. The plan is so chaotic many of the strong managers have left, causing weak leadership on the local level. They’re simultaneously firing people with 12 years experience with two weeks severance days ahead of Christmas, and also trying to hire people into positions they don’t need. Plans to break apart specialties and essentials Jan 1, with no action items given on how this will happen. No manager in North America believes this will succeed.
