Brenntag offers great exposure to testing your abilities in prioritization, problem solving, and coordination efforts. This really tests your ability to think for yourself, kind of like piecing together a puzzle; which is what i LOVED about working here. Workloads and day to day tasks can change with demand. Great work environment if the right management is in place. If you love a challenge, apply here.
Cons
There is a lot of picking up the slack for others. Little to no opportunity to move up in the company; location restricts those opportunities, as well. Male dominant industry. If you're not ready to work, don't apply. If you are not thick-skinned, don't apply.
