Good progression opportunities, dynamic & demanding culture with a big investment in skills development. Global scale means that if you are willing to make sacrifices you can go where your ambition and talent takes you.
Cons
Culture can be somewhat dog-eat-dog at times, during my time there it was myopic on results and felt like quite an uncaring attitude to human factors, more often than not this depended on who you reported to rather than policy. Could be a very impersonal place to work
