Pros

Great people, nice team leaders, company lunch, company events

Cons

Very poor salary, shifts starting from 7 AM until 11 PM, working in the weekends, small chances to get promoted within the company, and even if you are lucky enough, it does not mean that you will get more money, it can be even the opposite! Don't go there (CS) if you have any other opportunities.
