Pros

People, People and once more People.

Cons

Work/life balance is terrible. You need to fight for everything. Mangers are not qualified to lead people which resolves in often bullying practices. There's no PERKS for long service in this place, and no one appreciate your skills and knowledge in the field/market. There's a lack of communication between departments so lots of stuff is left in the LIMBO. If there's a problem they just look for temporary fixes and hacks.
