      Pros

      They do a great job in recruitment, as to a person my colleagues were intelligent, capable individuals. Great values on paper (hence 2 stars).

      Cons

      Management. Corporate culture of sycophancy and fear. Laminated, data-driven, social-psychological sayings on the kitchenette walls ("Stressed? Don't be! Ask a colleague for help!"). The relentless and inhuman pressure data-driven performance imperatives.
