      Pros

      Good relocation package. If you want to move to Amsterdam, you can accept their offer, work for 1 year and then leave.

      Cons

      Is not a technology company and admits it. Only reacts to competitors, is not proactive. Has an uninspiring CEO and cannot find a CTO for over a year. Outdated tech stack, with tooling to match. Outdated defenders of tech stack who prevent any and all efforts of modernizing it. Recently started to cut costs, which is always a bad sign. Leadership team does not admit to any problems and acts like everything is perfect. Favoritism is commonplace and promotion process is broken.
