      Use of proprietary technology Use of old technology Office politics A lot of people feel pressured in some groups, including long hours Bonus mostly tied to overall Bloomberg and R&D, and less on individual performance Lack of documentation Most managers are promoted from inside Bloomberg Not much flexibility in working hours
