      Pros

      Job stability - you won't get layed off unless you are completely incompetent, and even then you might not get layed off.

      Cons

      Mediocore talent pool. Tons of beaurocracy and politics. Poor management/leadership. Little to no career growth unless you are a "coolaid drinker."

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
