      Pros

      Salary is ok and so is free food. Looks good on the resume

      Cons

      No opportunities to learn...at all. Everything is siloed so you do the same, very specific thing every day. Cameras, microphones every where, everything is tracked. If you're in tech this is a career ending job in my opinion. All their tech stack is in the house built and so is not at all transferable.

      Great company, in this role you have the chance to learn about the financial markets, the terminal, and also you get client exposure.

      - Working hours are a standard 8-5, 7-4, or 9-6, depending on what you are scheduled. - Opportunities to meet great clients - Benefits

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
