      - good pay (early career) - flat structure (also a con) - decent work life balance

      Cons

      - If you're in data licnese there is a lot of on call expected and many product initiatives with tight timelines that make the job stressful relative to other orgs in the company - flat structure and qualitative metrics = growth/pay is decided solely based on wether your manager likes you
