Pros
- all the benefits from a big company - possibility to change departments and work in very different topics - great salary - good incentives - very good work/life balance - flexible working time - interesting topics - possiblity to make a career in case you are interested in that - possibility to have a nice and quiet job if your are into that
Cons
- Very burocratic - Very political - Everything is very process-oriented, but processes most of the times are not there to help you but to make everything a little bit more complicated - Slow (but this a characteristic of almost all automotive companies)
