      Benefits are very good. Large company with opportunities if mobile and if the market improves.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership knowledge of site level, poor middle management, constantly dealing with low head count in site level, high bureaucracy from the company as a whole. Poor advancement opportunities from a site level.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
