We are aware that we are not perfect – which is why we are continuously working on optimization potential, such as new adjustments to the collective agreement. We are therefore very proud that we were able to achieve a tariff increase of a total of 6,5 %! The first half was adjusted on 01.01.2023 and the second half will be on 01.01.2024. Furthermore, it was decided that we will make full use of the possibility of paying the tax-free inflation money of 3.000,00 €. This amount is also paid out in two parts - the first part reached our employees already in December. In addition to the basic salary, our employees also receive a variable remuneration each year, which is also measured by their individual performance.
