Pros

- really interesting tasks, right level of alternation and new challenges - a lot of responsibility - feel like a full-time employee, not a working student, since my opinion is requested and I am always taken serious - really nice working atmosphere - nice and helpful colleagues, great team leader who listens to concerns and cares for his employees' well-being and development - opportunities to develop (online-courses and personal learning time) - high level of flexibility which is particularly helpful when you're still studying at the university and need to balance both work and studying

Cons

- the only thing that I could think of is that there was a short period with not that interesting tasks, but if you clearly communicate your needs and wishes you will be heard and respective changes will be made --> so not a real con

Pros

Great benefits, hybrid & remote roles, great colleagues to work with. Great vacation /time off. Helpful colleagues

Cons

Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
