      Compensation, Vacation. Most colleagues are nice

      Cons

      Major Layoffs happening, lots of good people being lost to make stockholders happy. More work and less resources for those remaining! Not truly a “global” company still VERY German centric.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
