      Pros

      Steady advancement if qualified. See something say something. Average is not good enough to advance. Best benefits in our area, up to 10 days bereavement. Eight paid weeks of parental leave for moms and dads in addition to six to eight weeks of paid maternity leave for new moms.

      Cons

      Always changing new things happening, constant innovation if you cannot change and adapt you will be left behind.
