      Pros

      Great people. Very smart. One of the best project management companies. Wholeheartedly believes in sustainability and is a leader. Worker safety is paramount. Tremendous innovations.

      Cons

      A much better company than people know. While it is a B2B, its products touch nearly everyone, every day. But there is little awareness of this information. If more people knew BASF, the stock price would be higher and more would want to work there.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
