      Good analytical laboratories, new equipment, global presence, good experts, good facilities, entertainment.

      Cons

      Politics, promotion based on connections and not based on knowledge and abilities. No value of experts, outsourcing of functional divisions to reduce the cost, poor quality management due to savings, jeopardizing safety .
