Pros

1. You can take 1 hour break a day . 2. If you achieve your target, you will be awarded with a shopping bag .

Cons

1. Work timings can be streched any time even if you have already completed your shift. 2. They say its 5 days working but then they call on alternative saturdays too just to show higher management that they are working. 3. Office food is crap. They dont cook anything fresh there. Even boiled eggs are 1 - 2 days old and they microwave it and give it to you. 4. They make you to call 100 - 150 calls a day and then ask you what have you done all day long ? 5. They create such pressure on employees that it become unbearable to talk on even personal calls after 5. 6. Salary is delayed many times. They don't leave a single opportunity to cut your sal but your incentives ( which are supposed to come once only in 3 months) can be delayed for more than 2 months. 7. False promises is their best weapon to make their employees stay. You will be told that you will get a good hike in this month's salary just wait for month end. There will be no hike and you will be told that file was not signed by CEO so you will have to wait for 1 more month. This is happening since last 3 months.

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. They do not care about their employees here; to them, you are just another number. They get upset when you use your sick days, even though they are a legal right, and then retaliate against you by punishing you when you return to work. And be careful about filing a complaint with Human Resources because they are two-faced. Instead of helping you, it often ends up backfiring on you. That is why no one feels comfortable going to them. This company does not appreciate or value its employees unless you have connections or favoritism. Management, starting from the top, has no clear direction. Everything constantly changes, even when it is not the best option, simply because someone higher up decided it. The environment feels outdated and authoritarian, like something from another era. There is a lot of hypocrisy, resentment, and abuse of power.
