Pros
Great team, very good atmosphere, excellent pay (including restricted stock), lots of benefits (e.g. subsidized lunch, stock purchase program, product purchase, health checks, pension fund, educational assistance), very flexible working times, can work at home partially. 30 days off / year, very flexible. Very good management. And of course it's the one-of-a-kind Apple!
Cons
From time to time extreme deadline pressure (80 hrs/week). Sometimes marketing makes strange decision which could be avoided by more involving engineering.
