Pros

Compensation a bit higher than other companies (15-20%)

Cons

Actually, too much work for this higher compensation. They overload the employee so much, rather than hiring additional people. No care about the work-life balance, if you complain, you are fired. When someone leaves the project, they seek every possible chance not to refill the position, and the work is implicitly distributed among other employees. Work content is not technically challenging as one would expect, instead lots of routine and configuration work. The sprint is planned, and you plan your day during the daily stand-up, but you must be ready to do a lot of extra work, yet deliver everything on time.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
